Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: Shipping is based on the number of items ordered. For more information on shipping please click on the Store Policy link.
Q: What can you tell me about website product photos? A: While we work very hard to ensure we provide you with the highest quality images and color accuracy, we cannot guarantee how images will appear on your computer. Variations in monitors and systems will impact color accuracy. The photos on our website are of a sample bead strand or finding of the type you are purchasing. All gemstone strands are unique. We will try to match colors of different size strands of the same gemstone as best we can within one order. Be aware that smaller stones often do not match the color intensity of the larger millimeter strands.
Q: How are backorders/out of stock items handled? A: Once in a while something may be out of stock, or on back order. You will receive an invoice for everything you order and will be notified via email of any backorders. At that time you may opt have the backordered items shipped in a separate package or receive a partial refund for those items not available at the time of initial shipment, or choose alternative inventory. We try to ship everything in stock out right away, so that you are not waiting for just one item to come in.
