Shopping with Danglers Beads

It is our wish that your shopping experience online be as enjoyable as an uninterrupted afternoon of beading. We are working to bring as much inventory to our customers as possible. Accepted forms of payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks, money orders, and Paypal.

While completing your order, you will be asked to register to make future orders easier. If you are paying by personal check or money order, your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Please make checks payable to Catherine Freeman and send to Danglers Beads, PMB #106, 1241 Johnson Avenue, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401.

Sales Tax & Pricing

California residents will pay 8.25% sales tax on all purchases. Out-of-state orders are not subject to sales tax. All prices listed are US currency.

Shipping

All in-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours. We ship all packages via the U. S. Postal Service. All U.S. address shipping choices are first-class mail, priority mail and/or express mail. All Canadian and international packages will be shipped via "First-Class Mail International" via U.S. Postal Service. Shipping and handling is based upon number of items ordered.

Return Policy

All items are returnable with 14 days of receipt. We request notification of your intention to return items via email or phone call so that we can be on the lookout for your package. All items must be in useable condition when returned. Purchase price of item will be refunded upon return. Return shipping charges are not refundable, so please choose the most economical method of return. COD packages will not be accepted.

We want you to love your purchase. If you are uncertain about a product or color, contact us prior to making an online purchase. We can give you some advice, help or direction that may make all the difference in the world.

What to Expect Once you have placed an Order

You will receive an e-mail message confirming your order, and then another e-mail message notifying you that we have shipped your package.

All in stock orders are packaged for shipping within 48 hours of receipt of order. Shipments are taken to the post office daily, except Sunday. If there are items on your order that are on backorder or temporarily out of stock, you will be notified by email and given your options. You may have all in-stock items shipped right away and the backorders shipped separately (most take place within 3 days of original shipment), you can have the cost of the backordered items refunded to you or you may choose alternative inventory items.
